Birthday Dinner...

One of the unofficial traditions in our family is going out for dinner on birthdays. My mom had a birthday on Saturday and we celebrated last night. Red Moon was this year's destination. My bro and sis-in-law recommended it highly. It's "Asian Fusion" cuisine; Far Eastern food with French accents. I enjoyed a Teriyaki Ribeye steak on a bed of sweet potato fries. Topped off with vanilla ice cream and shortbread cookies, it was an enjoyable dining experience.
