While I was at YouTube enjoying the Eva Clubbs 5th Birthday Multimedia Extravaganza, I noticed that someone had posted some performances by the late singer Eva Cassidy.
I discovered Eva Cassidy a few years back while listening to our local community radio station KDHX 88.1 FM . Her voice is truly captivating and unique and could handle almost any style of music. She performed as an undiscovered talent in the Washington D.C. area until cancer took her life in 1996. Readers, you owe it to yourself to at least hop over to iTunes or Rhapsody and check her out. Much of her music was released independently and only became widely available after her death. In particular, her rendition of "Over The Rainbow" is a real tear-jerker and spine-tingler.
