Halloween is still over two months away, right? Then why is the Halloween Express store near my house already open for business?
Why did Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan skate through the judicial system with barely a whiff of jail? Nicole Richie was in jail for about 5 seconds before being released, no joke! Lindsay Lohan will do a day or so. The law enforcement out in La-La land insists that they received no special treatment.
